Waxing 101
Everything the experts want you to know
…that your friends can't tell you. Before care, aftercare, and answers to the questions everyone has.
Prepare for your service by making sure your hair is about ¼-inch long — about the length of a grain of rice.
Expect some sensitivity if this is your first time. We use a quality hard wax that minimizes discomfort.
Many clients take a pain reliever 20–30 minutes before their first service to reduce discomfort or inflammation.
For best results, exfoliate before your appointment to remove any dead layers of skin.
Unsure which service to book or what shape you prefer? Just ask — we're happy to help.
Wear loose clothing for optimal comfort after your wax.
Make your esthetician aware of any medications or health issues that could be a concern.
Plan on practicing good aftercare following your wax.
Take a breath — you're almost there. I promise it won't be as bad as you think.
